It's easy to feel a bit sorry for ourselves come New Year, what with all the Christmas Dinner we ate, the chocolates we were given as gifts, the party snacks... by the time January hits us, we rush to hit the gym. However motivation can come in the simplest forms...
Whilst it may seem ridiculous saying that to start to look good you need to feel good, as the oxymoronic meaning behind what I am saying is, how can you get on the road to building your dream body that's fit and sexy if you don't feel you have a work out outfit that reflects this? I'm all for buying new gym gear to motivate you and get your excited about exercise.
